Vendor & Performer Camping

Camping is available exclusively for approved vendors and performers participating in the event. There is no public (patron) camping available.

Whether you’re staying for the full weekend or the duration of the festival, we’ve got space set aside so you can be close to the action and part of the community.

What to Expect:

• Campsites / RV spots are not pre-assigned or marked
• Camping is first come, first choice within designated areas
• Bathrooms and showers are available on-site
• Space is reserved for working participants only (vendors & performers)

Campground Expectations:

• This is a quiet campground—please be respectful of your neighbors at all times
• Keep noise levels low, especially during late-night and early-morning hours
• Help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for everyone

We encourage you to arrive early to secure the spot that best suits your needs.

We are offering camping and RV spots for vendors, performers and volunteers:

• Tent Camping – $25 per 10×10 spot per night
• RV Spots with Power – $45 per night

Check-in & Check-out

Campers may begin setting up Friday at 8:00 AM and must vacate the site by Monday at Noon

Ticket Requirement

All campers must present their Montana Renaissance Festival Camping ticket upon arrival before setting up their campsite. (Either printed out or electronic)

Quiet Hours

To ensure a restful environment, quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of fellow campers.

Trash & Cleanup

• Campers are responsible for their own trash. Please dispose of bagged trash in the large bins located at either end of the rodeo grounds.
• Campsites must be returned to their original condition. Failure to do so may result in being prohibited from camping at future events.

Fires & Cooking

The number and location of campfires will be determined by the Montana Renaissance Festival. Contained fires (such as cook stoves and barbecues) are permitted.

Departure & Extended Stays

All campers must depart by Monday at Noon, unless prior approval has been granted by Ken or Megan.
